Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between customer and Desay R&D.
- Work closely with customers to gather their requirements and specifications in a document.
- Analyze and evaluate customer requirements, converting them into system requirements. Highlighting key topics and technical risk.
- Participate in technical requirements discussion with various disciplines (EE, SW, ME) at system level.
- Participate actively in the acquisition, RFI, RFQ, and PoC activities. Provide insight into what customers are thinking to propose optimized System/ EE architecture.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical proposals.
- Conduct joint in-vehicle testing with the customer.
- Engage in all design reviews with the customer for EE, ME, and SW (with support from Singapore and China).
- Ensure proper technical product documentation and perform product presentations to the customer.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and product issues during the product lifecycle with project goals in mind. Provide lessons learned.
- Handle multiple projects to completion with quality, cost, and schedule as key guidance.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the PLC project life cycle.
- Review System Architecture, concepts, and innovative ideas for Value Engineering (VE) in collaboration with EE/ Software Architects and Platform teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in system design, hardware, software, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with Microcontrollers and Microprocessors high level architecture and features. Able to understand CPU resource utilizations, memory allocation, etc.
- Knowledge of Vehicle EE Architecture.
- Experience in Automotive Wireless Charger, USB Hub, Display Audio/IVI would be an advantage.
- Expecting to lead cross-functional development debugging with Electrical/ Mechanical/ Software teams.
- Experience with AUTOSAR and vehicle networks, such as Ethernet, CAN, LIN.
- Experience/ Knowledge in product development and the applicable standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21434, ASPICE).
- Knowledge of Board level interfaces: I2C, SPI, UART, I2S, Ethernet, LVDS, and/or CAN-FD, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi communication protocols.
- Possess good technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the Automotive PLC project life cycle.
- Willingness to travel domestically (80%) and internationally (10-20%).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹130,000.00 – ₹230,000.00 per month
